Almost 400SF loft with checkered floors, queen mattress on rolling frame, large frameless window and a black curtain for a better light control. There is central AC and two restrooms on the same floor. Perfect for larger scale productions, workshops, music videos and more. There is a Gigantic Distressed US Flag, can be taken off upon request. Make up station with Vanity Mirror has been built and also comes inside with the studio rental. Corner cyclorama comes as is and is repainted for $49/surface (if you need fresh paint). Please no steps/leaning any pressure on the curve. Ever square foot of footprints or other marks is billed $150.

Provided at NO EXTRA COST upon request (shared between all the stages, subject to availability): -sandbags, -a-clamps, -apple boxes, -extension cords, -power strips, -2 x v-flats/stage, -mini boom, -c-stand arm, -additional c-stands, -lastolite reflectors, -fans, -studio stools, -folding chairs, -4′ and 6′ tables.

Paper Backdrops: Three default colors (White, Grey and Black) and the first color backdrop's installations are FREE! Additional color backdrops are just $10/installation. All backdrops are $4.99 per damaged foot.

-Rates excludes cleaning/damage fee (billed only upon occurrence). -Additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, power cord and available light modifier).

-Up to 10 people/session is included in your rental. Every extra person over 10 is $5. - Seamless backdrop rolls available at $59.99 + tax. -Cyclorama is under maintenance and comes as is at this moment. Although, if you would like us to re-paint it for your shoot, there is a $49 re-paint fee. -Bed sheets come in grey color by default. Fresh sheets are available of white, grey and black for $25 to purchase or bring your own (queen size).
