Terms and Conditions

OVERTIME:Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

ELECTRICAL USAGE:Studio rental fee is based on the use of strobe lighting. If hot lights are used there will be an additional power usage fee charged.

CLEANING / DAMAGES:Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. We will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. Guests must discard larger items, such as personal props and set pieces, in the disposal bin at the back of the Brickbottom building. Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets may accrue additional costs.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

Cleaning that requires repainting of the white walls is charged at $50/per hour for labor + cost of materials.

FURNITURE:Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

MISCELLANEOUS:* No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the building. Brickbottom building rules apply.* Food and drink must stay in areas with hard floors, not in carpeted areas.* No non-prescription or illegal drugs.* Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels.* No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.* No pets allowed without prior consent of a Company representative.* No glitter or confetti can be used.
