Terms and Conditions

(Here in after referred to as “Producer”), to use the property located at 1239 Broadway 14th Floor for purpose of photographing with the right to exhibit and license others to exhibit all or any part of said scenes; said permission shall include the right to bring personnel and equipment (including props and temporary sets) onto said property, and to remove the same from there after completion of work.OVERTIMEANY TIME BEFORE 8:00 AM OR AFTER 6:00 PM IS OVERTIME 6:00 am - 8:00 am = $200 per hour6:00 pm - 8:00 pm = $300 per hour8:00 pm - 12:00 am = $300 per hour12:00 am - 6:00 am = $450 per hourFREIGHTFreight elevator charged before 8:30am and after 6:00pm at a rate of $50 per hour. Client must notify studio if freight is needed before 8:30am or after 6:00 pm. Electrical tie-in or HMI use, an additional minimum $150.00 per day fee will be applied.Studio and kitchen areas are to be returned to the original condition it was in prior to the shoot, including cleaning all surfaces, cooktops, ovens, and removing all food debris (catering and shoot food supplies) or charges will apply.INSURANCE REQUIREMENTA Certificate of Insurance is required prior to rental, naming Workshop Studio and Prop Workshop 1239 Broadway 14th Floor as additionally insured. Producer hereby agrees to hold Workshop Studio and Prop Workshop 1239 Broadway 14th Floor harmless of and from any and all liability and loss, which the undersigned may suffer, or incur by reason of any accidents or other damages to the said property caused by any of their employees or equipment, on or about the above mentioned properties. Studio is to be returned in the same condition it was found in prior to the event.The undersigned does hereby warrant and represent that the undersigned has full right and authority to enter into this agreement concerning the above described property, and that the consent or permission of no other person, firm, or corporation is necessary in order to enable Producer to enjoy full rights to the use of said property, here in above mentioned, and that the undersigned does hereby indemnify and agree to hold Workshop Studio and Prop Workshop LLC free and harmless from and against any and all loss, not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from, growing out of, or concerning a breach of the above warranty.Upon receiving a signed copy of this contract, Workshop Studio will refuse other bookings for the listed days and the company hereby guarantees they will pay the full fee whether they use the space or not. A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of the contract to secure your date. Payment in full is due upon completion of shooting or filming. This is the entire contract. No other authorization is necessary to enable the company to use the property for the purposes contemplated.
