Massive rolling barn doors let in loads of light and make load ins and outs easy. Oversized skylights bathe the space in natural light. Outside, there are plants growing on all the walls and hanging off the awning, creating a lush, private green space. Shade sails and twinkle lights are strung above making the garden perfect for either daytime or evening gatherings. You are connected by a hallway from the main studio to a beautiful white cyc studio. There is a Hair & Makeup area and built in wardrobe racks in the back area and second bathroom.

Shade sails and twinkle lights are strung above making the garden pretty legit for either daytime or evening gatherings. A 2000 sq ft. White Cyc studio makes this building useful in SO many different ways.
Notable details: Additional outlets are mounted in the rafters for shoots. Location is a short drive from DTLA and only 5 minutes walking from the Gold Line stop at Southwest Museum.
