Terms and Conditions

Hourly rate is excluding VAT.*An extra charge will be incurred for block bookings that fall over a Friday & Saturday night.*

1. All bookings are confirmed only upon payment of a deposit of £500.00. Full payment must be made, apart from any consumables, at least 7 working days before the event. In the case of an event being confirmed closer to the event days than 7 working days, full payment will be required at time of confirmation. All prices quoted are excluding VAT.2. Please note we have a strict “no smoking” policy at the venue and no dedicated smoking area. No drinking vessels or bottles will be allowed to leave the premises.3. The venue must be left as you found it, this includes all rubbish in bags provided by the venue, bottles in glass recycling bags and decorations. Where any decorations have been put up any damage from attachments must be made good. We request that no single use plastic decorations are used in the venue.4. We operate a zero tolerance policy to illegal drugs being brought onto the premises. Anybody found with illegal drugs in their possession will be evicted from the venue immediately.5. Anyone intoxicated to an unacceptable level (final judgement of which will be made by security staff/duty manager whose decision is final) will be asked to leave the premises.6. CCTV is in use in our premises as a condition of our licence, this is for maintaining public safety, the security of property and premises and for preventing and investigating crime.7. Damages to the property or fixtures and fittings whether accidental or otherwise, or any acts of vandalism will be paid for by the client following the event.8. 100 Barrington allow the use of candles in the venue. However, no candles are allowed to be placed in the toilet areas and should only be in the main space. All candles should be counted out with the venue duty manager present and blown out and then counted back in at the end of the event with the venue duty manager present.
