This is also an ideal 'home base' for outdoor shoots in lower Manhattan. Surrounded by land mark historic buildings (this one included) nestled into cobble stone streets. The East River is just a 3 minute walk out the door with stunning views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.

PLEASE NOTE -This space is not great for sound capture. You can hear a hum from the air conditioner in the summer and the boiler in the winter. I'm always happy to have people come by and see if it works for their needs, but I want to be upfront about it. -The studio is perfect for still life photography, beauty portraiture, and full length shots. It is not ideal for groups of models with lots of movement, it can be a little narrow for that in my opinion, but it's been done before. - For production purposes, the studio comfortably fits 25 people, but for photoshoots I would recommend no more than 15 people.
