Terms and Conditions
General Rules:
Music must be kept at a reasonable level, renter is responsible for returning studio space to the same condition it was found upon arrival, normal wear and tear excluded. No smoking inside the studio, animals must be approved by studio staff before the date of the rental. Consumption of illicit substances is prohibited. No walking on the curves of the set, booties must be worn while on the stage and taken off/replaced if you walk off the stage. Renter is responsible for any damage to equipment or set.
Rental Period:
The rental period you book should include setup and breakdown in the hours booked. Rental period ends once every person in your group has left the building. If you need to stay longer than expected please know that you will be charged by the hour, rounded up to the next hour. Please factor set up, clean up, and breakdown time into your rental request.
Cleaning:
Please be respectful of our space and remove all large trash items when you leave. Any spills, glitter, food or detritus left will incur a cleaning fee to be determined by studio staff at the end of the rental period. There are two trash cans available for you to use, all additional trash must be removed by the renter. If the set needs to be completely repainted a $100 fee will be applied. Normal use (wearing booties) is excluded.
No adult films allowed.
