Recently renovated space includes epoxy floor open shoot space with steel I beam roof, two production offices/dressing rooms, two bathrooms, and a front office/meeting space. All of this in the same building as a full grip and lighting rental shop offering gear available to rent for your shoot.

This facility is equipped with three phase power (120/208, 100A per leg) for power hungry lighting or video equipment, plus regular 120V outlets. Power is free to use, and distros/cable are available at small additional charge.

Lighting in the main space is color changeable LED, controlled by an app.

Walls of the main space are covered by black duvetyne drapes. These can be removed and replaced with other soft goods at an additional charge. Backdrops can be hung from beams running across the width of the space.

Easy parking with gated lot and free residential street parking a block away. Truck loading dock available for vans or 16' trucks. Roll up door leads straight into the space.

It is possible to drive cars into the space!
