Wide Plank Oak Floor LOFT with Lots of Light
LOFT 5: The floors are a unique wide plank oak that would make for a wonderful lifestyle set. The LOFT has one bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. There are many options for film and photo productions. There is also a 10'x20' freight elevator that opens up directly into the loft.
The building was built in 1910, and was originally a carriage house for horses. The floor is 95' from the front south facing windows in the front to the windows in the back.

About our studio

LOFT 5 is a 2200 sq. ft. full floor loft and 100% designed for Film and Photo Production. We can bring in furniture/EQ from the other floors or the productions can bring in their own furniture to build out what they want to do in the space. It is also the closest floor to the Rooftop and is frequently used as a staging area for that.
The beautiful building that the loft is in was built in 1910. It was originally a carriage house for horses. The building's enormous 10'x20' freight elevator used to take the horses up and down through the floors. The 10' elevator doors open up directly into the loft.
The loft is located on the edge of Hudson Yards and Hell's Kitchen. It is easily accessible to public transportation with the 7 train and the 8th Ave 34th st station are each only .2 miles away...about a 6-8 minute walk. There are parking garages all around the building, so parking is always easy to find.
