RATES

Our rates include our 10′ Foba stand, all grip equipment, kitchen equipment, wifi access, plus discounts on all props from Prop Workshop.

OVERTIME RATES: ANY TIME BEFORE 8:00 AM OR AFTER 6:00 PM IS OVERTIME 6:00 am - 8:00 am = $200 per hour 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm = $300 per hour 8:00 pm - 12:00 am = $300 per hour 12:00 am - 6:00 am = $450 per hour

Day rate is based on a 10-hour day from 8am-6pm. Our studios are not sound stages. If you are recording audio, you may pick up ambient noise from other studios, the street, cafe, etc. Cancellation fee is 100% of the studio rate. Each studio is subject to a $100 per day studio distro, AC & power charge.
